01Who we are

allbookings is a product of Heaven Interactive Ltd., company ID 201565871.

For the data you send through the demo form on this website, we are the data controller.

02Demo requests

We collect your name, the clinic’s name, the city, your phone, your email, the number of dentists and your message, if you wrote one.

We use them only to reply and arrange a demonstration. The legal basis is your consent and the steps before entering into a contract.

We keep a request for up to 12 months after our last conversation, unless you become a customer. The period is still to be confirmed by counsel.

03Patient data

When a patient books at a clinic that uses allbookings, the clinic is the data controller and we process the data on its behalf under a contract.

We keep only the name, phone, type of treatment, time and an optional short note. Never diagnoses, images or records.

Each clinic sees only its own patients. A patient can ask the clinic for a copy or deletion of their data.

04Where data is stored

On servers in the European Union. The providers who help us (hosting, sending SMS and email) work under a data processing agreement.

05Cookies

We use only necessary cookies: for your chosen language and for signing in to the clinic dashboard. No advertising or tracking cookies.

06Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to the processing.

You have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
