These terms describe how a dental clinic uses allbookings and what each party is responsible for.

01What the service is

allbookings is an online and phone booking system for dental clinics: a booking page, an AI receptionist, reminders and a dashboard for the team.

allbookings is not a dental records program and gives no medical advice.

The clinic invites its team as owner, dentist or reception. The owner decides who has access and removes it when someone leaves.

The clinic keeps its working hours, treatments and prices accurate and tells patients how their data is handled.

The clinic is responsible for medical decisions and for contact with the patient beyond booking.

The receptionist books, moves and cancels appointments only in free times of the schedule and answers general questions.

In case of pain or an emergency it transfers the call to a person on the team. It never diagnoses.

We aim to keep the service running without interruption. Planned maintenance happens outside working hours, with notice in advance.

The subscription and prices are set out in the contract with the clinic. The clinic can terminate at any time and export its data first.

Bulgarian law applies. We notify clinics by email in advance of any change to these terms.
