For dental clinics in Bulgaria

Patients book appointments.
Even while your clinic sleeps.

An online booking page and an AI receptionist that answers the phone in Bulgarian, 24/7. Both book only into the hours you have opened in your schedule.

01 · How patients book

Two doors.One calendar.

Patients who prefer the phone call. Patients who prefer a screen tap a link or the QR code at the front desk. Both see the same free times, so double bookings never happen.

02 · AI receptionist 24/7

The phone gets answered. Always.

The receptionist speaks natural Bulgarian, knows the clinic’s treatments, prices and hours, and books straight into the dentist’s schedule. In the morning you see every call with its outcome and a short summary.

03 · Your schedule, your rules

A day off? Three taps.

Each dentist runs their own availability from their phone, between two patients. Reception sees everyone’s schedule but never touches personal blocks.

A sample week for Dr Mira Kovacheva: working hours 9 to 17, lunch break 13 to 14, a personal block on Tuesday afternoon, a holiday on Friday and nine booked visits.

  • Working hours

Shifts per weekday, for example 9–13 and 15–19. Copy one day to the whole week.

  • Blocked time

Press and drag on the calendar. The reason stays private; patients simply don’t see the time.

  • Holidays

Pick the days. Booked patients can be offered a new time.

  • Repeating blocks

Lunch every weekday 13–14, training every other Friday.

  • Rules

How far ahead patients can book, minimum notice, preparation time between patients.

  • Google and iCal

A personal event in Google takes the time in allbookings without showing what it is.

04 · Reminders and waitlist

Reminders go out on their own.

An SMS the day before, a waitlist and check-up recalls. Nobody on the team has to pick up the phone.

  • SMS reminder

The day before, the patient gets an SMS with a link to confirm or cancel. A cancelled time is freed at once.

  • Waitlist

Patients can ask for an earlier time. When someone cancels, the slot is offered to the next person on the list.

  • Check-up recall

After a cleaning, the patient is invited back after an interval you choose. Only with their consent.

We keep only what is needed

We store name, phone, treatment type and an optional note. Never a diagnosis. Data is stored in the EU, every patient can ask for a copy or deletion, and clinics never see each other’s data.

How we handle data

What we don’t do

allbookings is not dental records software. Charts, X-rays and treatment plans stay in the software you already use.

Questions from clinic owners

Do I have to stop using Google Calendar?

No. Connect it and keep working there. Any busy event in it blocks the time in allbookings, and booked appointments appear in your calendar.

Who changes the working hours?

The dentists themselves, from their own account. The owner can help too. Every change is logged and can be undone.

Can the same time be booked twice?

No. The system never lets one dentist or one chair be booked twice at the same time, even when two people tap at the same moment.

What happens if a patient cancels at the last minute?

The time is freed at once and offered to patients on the waitlist. You decide how late patients may cancel online.

Does the AI receptionist give medical advice?

No. It books appointments and answers about hours, address and treatments. For pain or an emergency it transfers the call to someone on the team.

Can the receptionist answer our own number?

Yes. It can answer the clinic’s number around the clock, only outside working hours, or when the line is busy.

Can we mark which visits are covered by NHIF (НЗОК)?

Yes. Mark treatments as paid or NHIF-covered so the patient knows in advance. allbookings does not check insurance status.

Do you store medical information?

No. We keep only name, phone, treatment type and a short optional note. No diagnoses, images or records are stored.

Do patients need an account?

No. They confirm their phone with an SMS code and get a link to cancel or move.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Both the clinic dashboard and the patient page are designed for phones first.

Which languages?

Bulgarian and English, for patients and for the team.

See your own schedule here.

We show you the dashboard with your clinic’s data in 20 minutes. If you work in Google Calendar, it stays and gets connected.
